Nosh’s More than Fabulous-o Green Chili M&C
Who would have thought a chef of any sort could improve on an already perfect dish…
Enter, Nosh’s chef-prepared green chili macaroni and cheese. An ahhh-maze-ing dish; which it’s going to run you $8, and it’s safe to say that it is worth every penny.
This is a completely abstract take on a classic, well, with the exception of elbow macaroni,*of course. The toasted crumb crust adds a crisp texture before swimming in a decadent, velvety, spicy, and oh so creamy river of cheeses.
Did I mention that it’s a GREEN CHILI M&C? And wowzers is it fabulous! Yes, it is spicy but it’s a good heat… really, it’s just enough to keep you from eating directly from the bowl.
And talk about presentation… Don’t expect to be rushed through each sensational bite… This M&C is served in a piping hot cast iron skillet. A much appreciated touch when slowly savoring, or sitting on the patio on a cool night.
Nosh win’s the “Must try before you die,” award.
