Freetails offers BRICK OVEN BAKED Mac & Cheese. That alone is worth cudos and has earned them an “A” for uniqueness.
Highlights - What we have here is a handful of thick cut crumbled bacon tossed on a pillow of toasted cheesyness, laying on a bed of perfectly audent ziti. You won’t find soggy pasta here my friend. Then, there’s the draw of it’s freshness. These guys make everything fresh which is why I don’t wince at the $9 price tag.
This rendition affords us the luxury of drinking an adult beverage without wondering what may or may not be curdling in our tummy. After a few happy hour pints, eating is strongly suggested… and their oven baked M&C hit the spot at just the right angle. Yummm.
